Arocha family getting married and baptized this week!/ Mothers Day call set up

The new house looks way nice.  Is it furnished already? If you want you can just take pics of my junk and I'll tell you what to keep and what to toss. The pics you sent of Jackie's b-day celebrations are awesome, and those little animals from Argentina are totally here... or at least walking around in the zoo here.  They are so weird looking.
About the time difference--Im really not sure what the difference is. I think its 2 or 3 hours. I'll probably call at about 5 o'clock Argentina time so that should be like 2 or 3 Chicago time.
This past week was pretty good. The poor lady that walked in on her husband having an affair did what we told her to do--she read and prayed and the next time we went over and she was doing a lot better.  I dont know....  yes i do... the spirit helped her so much. Ya we got there and she made us tacos and was just doing amazing. It was a serious blessing.
This upcoming Thurs the Arocha family will be getting married  then baptized on Friday and then the ward is throwing a surprise party after the baptism. Its just awesome.  I love Platanos so much.
This past week was a rather  difficult one  because I got sick.  It's funny tho because as we were doing contacts,  people would stick their heads out of their windows and ask what we wanted...and then because I've got a cough/sore throat,  when I'd try to respond back loudly,  my voice would crack--it was funny...but difficult.  Oh well it was another experience. But ya its going good.
Im really not sure who we could get to room with Brad and me at school... so sorry.
Youre all in my prayers.  Thanks for your love, I'll talk to ya on Sunday :)
love you all

P.S. sorry the pics I just sent didn't open...I'll resend them next week.  I looked  up the time difference and it turns out that Chicago is 2 hours behind Buenos Aires, so at 5 my time it will be about 3 o'clock your time.  My companion is going to call first so I don't know if it will be exactly that time but around 3 o'clock your time I'll be calling.
love you lots
Austin
I'll send the pics next time

Rough week/expecting baptism this next week

Wow sounds like a lot has been hapening at home.
This week was kind of a rough week. One of those weeks when I just wanted to throw my hands up and say, "Forget it, I just wanna go home." Ha it was a really depressing feeling but I'm better now. One of our golden investigators ran away from her husband with her kid. So ya that kind of depressed us. After that day I got sick. I think my fever was making me cranky because I was kind of mean to my companion this week which made me mad at myself because I dont like being mean especially to friends. Then one of our other investigators got her baptismal fecha moved back cuz she cant stop smoking. But that happens so we just have to keep on helping her. Then I got even sicker and fell asleep for the entire day which wasnt so fun but o well. So it was just a bunch of little things this week that got to me but luckily prayer helps a bunch.
On the good side we might baptize this week if Cristian has stopped smoking by Thursday. So we will see. Pray for him to stop smoking! Thanks for all your prayers.
Love you guys so much. Have a great week.

Both of us Sick, States-side family investigator

Wow sounds like a lot is happening at home, and don't worry about sending the packages express. I really don't care. Good news about my feet :) The blisters have all callused over and I am walking just fine now :) Some not so good news-- this past week has been kinda rough because both elder Tingey and I are kinda sick. So that's made things a little difficult. However we push on regardless. We found a new investigator the other day who has family in the states-- one who lives in Florida who is a member :) and one who lives in Utah who is not. Well we taught her the first lesson and it was amazing. I have a good feeling about her and Elder Tingey thinks shes gonna get baptized.
As for Christmas, I am not really sure what I want or need. Everything is good so far. Kids here love American candy so maybe some candy or something. Other than that I really don't think I need anything. Thanks tho. Oh I have a question, theres been a lot of talk lately about another great depression. Whats going on with that? Elder Tingey says if that happens hes just gonna move back down here. Life is pretty chill down here. People get money from the government once a week and just chill and drink mate. Some people work but a lot of people are pretty chill. Well I gotta go.
love you all
