Last transfer--Staying in Claypole with Elder Roy/Soccer craze/Last day with Pres & Sis Asay & Bro & Sis Fitz

Yes today was transfers and I'm staying with Elder Roy. Today we were all together in transfer meeting and my group all started talking about how fast time has flown. It has gone by really fast and doesnt really feel like its going to end. This past week was pretty crazy with Argentina winning it's soccer games at the World Cup and everything going on.  The Argentine people are going crazy. Ive been enjoying the different culture of people going crazy for soccer. In spite of it, this week we had a little success going with members and helping the ward members. We also found a lady named Fanni who is progressing nicely, so we will see how that goes. As to answer your questions about who and if the little pigs [guinee pigs] are common  in Elder Velazques country... the answer is yes and they are one of his favorite foods in Peru.  He had a member in his ward kill the things although his companion and I wanted to do it.  However, it was probably better that way cuz I probably would have backed out at the last second. The pics of St George look great and it looks like everyone is having a great time. The poop pics are from Sunday--A family played a joke on me and my companion.  They put that hidious thing in the middle of the fruit for desert and I almost threw up, it was so nasty.

Other than that, today was the last day we are going to be with President Asay and Sister Asay, and Bro and Sis Fitch. I cant believe they are going.  It was an emotional meeting and wow i just cant believe they are leaving. Im really grateful for the service they gave and for the love they showed for us. Definitely the best mission president and wife and finance/secretary. The Fitchs live close to UVU and I plan on visiting them every once in a while, along with Pres and Sis Asay.  A total mission picture of everybody was taken today.  We will just have to wait to get a copy of it.

Hope it was a great week for everybody esspecially the fathers.

Last conference with Pres Asay, Exchanges with Elder Steinkuler

First of all no, Ii dont think my comp needs a package... just a letter or dear elder would make his day.
As for this past week, it went by really fast and now we have good investigators that are progressing so its exciting. Im glad to hear everythings going good over there. Im very sorry to hear about toby, if you want you can just put him under right now.  I thought you had done it a while ago cuz i hadnt heard anything about him for a while. Whatever you guys want to do tho.
This past week we had our final zone conference with president Asay.  It was really sad.  I'm going to miss him a lot, but luckily I'll only be here with the new president for a month and a half. Its good tho that way I can get to know the new president as well. Tell Jackie congrats for graduating seminary.... and holy cow Brad looks great! In his pics he looks a lot bigger near his shoulders which is great, can you still see the bone? haha
Im sorry I forgot my camera today, I even took pics of me and my comp. As for the weather here, its been getting really hot then really cold then rain then hot then cold again, its giving me another cough which is a bummer but its just a little one so it shouldnt take long to get over.
We also went on exchanges with the zone leaders this week.  I got to go with Elder Steinkuler which was fun (we came together in case you dont remember but ya it was fun being able to see how much each of us has grown and how we teach, i enjoyed it a lot.)
I hope the move goes well you are all in my prayers, the church is true. Keep going on with a smile and trust that everything will be alright.

P.S. SWEET [about how many cousins and family members will be up in the Orem/Provo area]  I love that! ha that will be so much fun, I am really happy about the decision about UVU.  Elder Jones is pumped to do stuff together, along with Steve Kara and me.  Its good stuff.  I'm excited. Missi is going to be in college?????? and Amanda and Valerie???? What the junk?!  I remember them being so small and now I might be dating girls their age.... wow

Transfers! 5th companion...Elder Jensen

So transfer came and I am now in Ezeiza or something like that with Elder Jensen. He's a way cool kid that I knew from my first 2 transfers. So that was kinda ironic. Hey I had a whole bunch of pictures that I took this past week that I was ready to send. But guess what happened? One of our investigators accidentally deleted them all. Not only the ones that I took this past week but from my entire mission! All 400. So that was kind of a bummer. I was trying not to act upset while I was with them but it is a bummer cuz I had a bunch of pics on that card. Oh well I'll just have to take more this next week and the rest of my mission. Ha! There were pics of the 3 girls that we baptized, but those got deleted too. Ha surprise! We had baptisms this past week but now I wont get to appreciate the memories of them in pictures. Oh well. I'll just have to baptize more.
Hey sounds like fun stuff at home. Jackie's bday sounds like it'll be the best kind of bday-- preaching the word of god with the missionaries to a friend;) Shes such a great sister. I'm so proud of my family. I seriously have realized the blessing my family is to me and looking at the pictures of the fam just makes me so happy. It's definitely one of the best parts of this gospel --an eternal family.
Ya mom isn't Hermana Asay so great? I really lucked out with my mission president and wife. Shes so sweet. Whenever any of the elders have problems they just call her and man i feel so sorry for her cuz some elders have some really sick problems-- like hemorrhoids and other things. She just always is so sweet. President Asay really got a great wife. Def the better part of him, and hes amazing so ya, shes awesome. Hopefully I'll be as lucky as him some day. But that day isn't for at least a year and a couple months ;)
Anyway hey some good news: When I came to Argentina I weighed in at 92 kilos (202 pounds) and now yesterday I weighed in at 84 kilos (184 pounds) :) So that's good.
Some not so good news was that email chatting is against the rules. A lot of elders do it but I asked and its a no.... so sorry about that. It was fun while it lasted but tengo que ser obediente. I hope all is well at home! I'm way excited to call and hear ya'll :)
